I. Returns

Return Timeframe

We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 31 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You received the wrong product (not as described or not what you ordered).
  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • The product is expired (if applicable).

Additionally, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

II. Refunds

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Stripe refunds: Processed within 48 hours.
  • Credit card refunds: May take 7-14 business days, depending on your provider.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any customs duties or tariffs.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • After 6 hours: A 30% cancellation fee applies to cover processing costs, and 70% of your order total will be refunded.

V. Changing Order Information

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, email us as soon as possible.

  • Modifications can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • After this timeframe, you will need to contact the carrier for shipping-related changes.

Note: If you wish to change a product or cancel an item after 6 hours, a discount code for the canceled amount will be issued instead of a direct refund.


VI. Missing Items, Incorrect Shipments, or Damaged Packaging

  • Clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping labels, and the item received.

Possible Resolutions:

  • Missing Item? We will send it to you free of charge within the warranty period.
  • Wrong Item Shipped? You can choose between a full refund or receiving the correct item, and we will cover return shipping costs.

Important: We do not accept returns for used, washed, altered, or tagless items.

  • Shipping risks transfer to the buyer once the order is handed over to the carrier. We are not liable for damages or loss during third-party transportation.
