Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Saturday, with a standard processing time of 1 to 2 business days from when the order is placed. Once processed, your order is shipped immediately.

  • Closed on Sundays: Orders placed on Saturday evening or Sunday may experience slight delays.
  • Peak Periods: High-demand seasons may extend processing times beyond 3 business days.
  • Payment or Address Issues: Orders with incorrect payment details or inaccurate shipping addresses may be delayed.

Shipping Costs

Flat-Rate Shipping Fees

For the Continental United States:

  • Additional Items: $4 each

For International Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 for the first item
  • Additional Items: $5 each

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

  • Tracking Info Update Time: Allow 2-5 business days for tracking details to appear in the system.
  • Missing Tracking Information: If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, contact our support team for assistance.

Updating Shipping Information

To ensure a successful delivery, double-check your shipping details before completing your order.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, you have 24 hours from the time of placing your order to do so.

  • After 24 hours, address changes are no longer possible, and you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Shipping Restrictions & Important Notes

Shipping Responsibility

  • The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address, including apartment/unit numbers.
  • One-Way Shipping: To minimize costs, we use a one-way shipping service. If a package is returned to sender, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Returned Packages: Packages that are returned due to delivery issues are sent to the carrier’s storage, not back to our warehouse.

Refunds & Missing Packages

We do not offer refunds for orders that:
❌ Were not delivered after multiple carrier attempts.
❌ Were refused upon delivery.
❌ Had incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
❌ Show as “delivered” in tracking status but have not been received.

For lost or missing packages, we will provide the carrier’s tracking information so you can contact them directly for resolution.


Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

🚫 No. We do not support shipping multiple addresses per order.
✅ If you need items sent to different addresses, please place separate orders.


PO Box & Military APO/FPO Shipping

✔ We can ship to PO Boxes.
🚫 We do NOT ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.


Taxes & Duties

Import duties, taxes, and local charges are not included in the item price or shipping fees. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • All orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)—the shipping carrier may invoice you separately for import taxes and duties based on your country’s regulations.
  • Please check with your local customs office to determine applicable import charges.
